PTT - BIG signed a cooperation agreement to carry out the Air Separation Unit or ASU project, setting up an air separation plant to use cold waste from LNG to produce the first industrial gas in Thailand. In the Eastern Special Development Zone (EEC), production capacity is 450,000 tons per year, investment value is 1,500 million baht, ready for commercial production in 2021, hoping to support the expansion of the industrial sector and medical services. Including the Eastern Fruit Corridor Project or EFC (EFC), supporting the establishment of a high quality fruit market in the EEC area to increase the value of agricultural products and create additional economic value that is environmentally friendly. Various types of industrial gases include nitrogen, oxygen, and argon to support the needs of industrial plants. and use it for medical purposes that has needs and will continue to expand in the future The project is located in the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province, with an investment of over 1,500 million baht, with a production capacity of approximately 450,000 tons per year. It is expected that commercial production can be started by 2021. This is considered to support the government policy in the fruit terrace project in the region. Eastern Fruit Corridor (EFC) The Air Email Marketing List Separation Unit or ASU project is a PTT natural gas business unit that utilizes waste cooling energy from the process of changing the state of LNG from liquid to gas. Currently, a large amount of this cooling energy is released into seawater. PTT has studied together with BIG, which has been a leader in integrated industrial gas innovation in Thailand for more than 30 years, about the possibility of Implementation of the said project In order to reduce costs in the production process. including efficient use of energy Help take care of the environment By reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 28,000 tons per year and reducing cold water emissions from PTT's LNG business or PTTLNG into the sea by 2,500 tons per hour.
